Hundreds of cultural sites cherished around the world are unprepared for a range of disasters from fire to flood, climate change to conflict. At the same time, many of the world’s latest innovations and technologies have not been applied to some of the greatest challenges facing humanity. In the shadow of the recent Notre Dame tragedy, we are calling on talented developers, designers, and entrepreneurs to contribute ideas and solutions in this special one day hackathon.
As part of this initiative, we will work in partnership with local organizations to mobilize developers and data scientists to participate in a global hackathon to create IT-driven solutions to aid in the resilience, recovery and rebuilding of iconic buildings like the Cathedral. We hope you will join us in pioneering the impact technology space.
